It's an honor and a privilege as Editor-in-chief of deeClare Publishing LLC, to commemorate the achievements of women throughout history, during this month —  March — designated as Women's History month. We often think of history as moments recorded of times past.

When my thoughts move to women in history or women in general, I think of the delicate creation that God enabled to carry a seed and birth a vision.
